Terms
Terms of use.
Last updated: June 21, 2026
These terms apply when you join the Conjure waitlist or take part in the Conjure beta. Conjure is a product of deGraaf. By joining the waitlist you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't sign up.
The waitlist & beta
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a beta invitation or a specific timeline.
- Beta invitations are sent in waves, at our discretion, as seats open.
- The beta is pre-release software: it may change, break, or be unavailable, and features may be added or removed.
Acceptable use
When using Conjure, you agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. You're responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the rights to anything you upload.
Your content
You keep ownership of the sites and content you create with Conjure. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service and, during the beta, to use anonymized examples to improve the product. We won't claim ownership of your work.
No warranty & liability
The beta is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, deGraaf is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the beta.
Changes
We may update these terms as Conjure evolves. We'll update the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
